Courses Details:

Project Management Master/Senior Program

The Project Management Master Program, offered by FemsTech, is a transformative opportunity for women in Afghanistan, providing comprehensive project management education at no cost. Delivered through our Learning Management System, this program spans over 105 hours, divided into five courses across three semesters. Students will engage with videos, quizzes, and readings, culminating in a “Master’s Certificate in Project Management” upon successful completion.

• Section 1 (19.09.2024 - 19.01.2025): Master Class in Project Management (45 hours). You can complete it as soon as possible but not later than 19.01.2025.
• Section 2 (After completing section 1 - 18.05.2025): Quality for Operations and Project Managers (6 hours), Advanced Earned Value Management (23 hours estimated). You can start this section whenever you complete the prior section. You have to complete this section before 18.05.2025.
• Section 3 (After completing section 2 - 07.09.2025): PMBOK 7th Edition for CAPM and PMP (23 hours), Final Course Completion and Test (5 hours). You can start this section whenever you complete section 2. You have to complete this section before 07.09.2025.

Courses must be completed sequentially, ensuring a thorough grasp of project management principles and practices.

Project Management Junior Program

Designed to support women in Afghanistan, the Project Management Junior Program offers foundational project management skills through four courses totaling over 40 hours. Accessible for free via our Learning Management System, this program will award a “Junior Certificate in Project Management” upon completion.

• First Section/Semester 1 (19.09.2024 - 22.12.2024): Project Management Tools and Techniques (21 hours). You can complete it as soon as possible but not later than 22.12.2024.
• Second Section/Semester 2 (18.05.2025): Intro to Time Value of Money (6 hours), Fast Track to Quality (4 hours), Fast Track to EVM (4 hours), Final Course Completion and Test (5 hours). You can start this section whenever you complete the prior section. You have to complete this section before 18.05.2025.

Both programs are meticulously designed to provide critical knowledge and skills, fostering growth and opportunities for women in Afghanistan to excel in project management.
